Roadtrip in Ireland

In autumn, I travelled around Ireland's west and south. Pro: not that many other tourists. Con: suboptimal weather.

Full Irish Breakfast. I really was quite full afterwards. Cozy dining room in our hostel. Shepherd’s pie: potatoes with potatoes and potatoes

A gate in Birr Gardens The Leviathan telescope was already used before the invention of photography to describe galaxies in detail. Clonmacnoise is located next to River Shannon.

Perfect visibility at Conor Pass.

This is where we should have been able to see the sea. I highly doubt that these boats are seaworthy.

By bus, you can quickly reach the city centre of Cork from Belvedere Lodge. And the vibes there are really nice.

“Desmond” or “Deasmhumhain” is Irish Gaelic for “South Munster”. Of course I followed the signs to Desmond Castle!
